Which browsers are supported?
Any modern browser, including Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox, on desktop or tablet.
Do I need to install software?
No. The dashboard runs entirely in the browser. Only staff who stamp cards use the free Stamper App on their phone.
Can I access it from multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in from any computer or tablet with your account.
Can my team access the dashboard?
The account owner uses the dashboard. Team members get sub-user logins for the Stamper App only, so they can stamp and redeem without seeing customer lists or billing.
Do customers see changes automatically?
Yes. When you change the design or rules, every card already saved in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet updates on its own.
