Terms of use

Last updated 25 October 2026. Operated by Fifty2 Global Solutions, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

These terms govern your use of the Loyyaly website, web dashboard, Stamper App and the digital loyalty cards issued through them (together, the Service). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of the business you represent.

1. The Service

Loyyaly lets businesses design digital loyalty cards, issue them to customers' Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, record stamps and rewards, send messages to card holders and view reports. The Service is operated by Fifty2 Global Solutions in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and runs on the Wally wallet platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate business details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including sub-user logins you create for staff. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

3. Trial and subscriptions

New accounts receive a free trial of 15 days. A payment method is required only when a draft project is made live after the trial. Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars and exclude any taxes or bank conversion charges that may apply.

You may upgrade at any time, with the change applied immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. Our refund policy applies to all charges.

4. Your content and your customers

You own the artwork, text and customer data you add to the Service and grant us a licence to host and process it to provide the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your loyalty program, the accuracy of your reward terms and for honouring rewards shown on cards you issue.

You must obtain any consent required to collect customer data and to send them messages, and must not use the Service to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited communications.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to issue cards that impersonate another business, to collect data you are not entitled to collect, to interfere with the platform or other customers, or in breach of applicable law, including UAE consumer protection and data protection law. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms after notice where practicable.

6. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

Cards are delivered through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, which are operated by Apple and Google under their own terms. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for changes they make. Customers may remove a card from their wallet at any time.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support is provided by email and WhatsApp during UAE business hours, with priority response on the Ultimate plan.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, designs and documentation are owned by Fifty2 Global Solutions and its licensors. These terms do not transfer any rights in them to you beyond the right to use the Service while your account is active.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service in a twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data that you could have exported. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination and data

You may close your account at any time. When a subscription ends, the account and its cards are scheduled for deletion and customers stop receiving updates. Export your data before closing. We may retain limited records as required for accounting and legal purposes.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and, for material changes, notifying account holders by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
