What is included in each Loyyaly plan?
Every plan includes unlimited customers, digital stamp cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, the Stamper App, push messaging, analytics and data export. Higher tiers add more card designs, locations, Stamper App users and advanced features such as integrations and API access.
How do I choose the right plan for my business?
Base it on three numbers: how many card designs you need, how many locations you run and how many staff need the Stamper App. One café with one card and a few staff is Starter. Three branches is Growth. Ten or more is Ultimate. You can change plan at any time.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. You only add a card when you turn a draft project into a live one after the 15-day trial.
Are discounts available for annual plans?
Yes. Annual billing costs the same as ten months, so you get two months free compared with paying monthly.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds are offered for subscriptions or renewals. Cancel at any time to stop future billing, and your account stays active until the paid period ends.
What happens to my loyalty cards if I cancel?
After the billing period ends, the account and its cards are scheduled for deletion and customers stop receiving updates. Export your data first. Keeping cards active requires an active subscription.
